How do I find my nail size?
How do I make them last longer?
With our signature long-wear nail glue, Kandi press-ons can last 28+ days with proper prep and application.
Gently push back cuticles and buff your nails surface especially near cuticle area are critical steps for press-on durability. Make sure your nail bed is alcohol wiped and oil free before applying glue. Cure each finger under a UV light at close range for at least 4 minutes, making sure the glue is fully hardened before finishing.
For cuticle removal, we recommend having it done professionally or using gentle at-home cuticle prep to avoid damaging your natural nails.
Are Kandi Nails reusable?
Yes. With proper application and gentle removal, you can reuse your set multiple times.
How do I apply press-on nails?
Prep nails (push& clean cuticles, buff nail bed), choose correct size, apply glue evenly, and press the tip down in 45° angle, hold and cure under uv light for 3-4minutes. Detail instruction please see HOW TO APPLY
Can I cut or reshape the nails?
Yes. You can trim or file them to your preferred shape and length.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us info@kandinails.com and we’ll make it right. For more information please read return& exchange policy
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact info@kandinails.com as soon as possible with your order number.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How do I remove them safely?
Soak nails in oily and soapy water for 10–15 minutes, find the lifted gaps from the side then gently lift the tip up. Never force removal. If the nails is too firm to remove, advice to wait for 1 more week then repeat the steps above.
Is press-on nails safe for my natural nails?
Yes. When applied and removed correctly, our press-ons are non-damaging.
Are your nails vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. We do not use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
What are your nails made of?
Kandi nails are handmade by certified nail techs with non-toxic nail-friendly materials that are safe for everyday wear.
What if glue got on my skin?
Wipe it off immediately with an alcohol pad or acetone-based nail remover. Do not leave uncured glue on your skin, and do not try to wash it off with soap and water first.
Prolonged skin contact with uncured nail glue may cause irritation or allergic contact dermatitis. If redness, itching, burning, or swelling develops, stop use and consult a doctor immediately.
