Kandi Nails specializes in handmade cosmetic press-on nail products and related accessories. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, there may be slight variability in shape, color, design placement, or finish - these are not considered defects.

All products are intended for cosmetic use only.

Our products, including nail glue, adhesives, prep products, and accessories, must be used strictly in accordance with all instructions, warnings, packaging labels, inserts, and safety guidance provided through our website and materials.

Improper use may result in:

By purchasing or using Kandi Nails products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with cosmetic nail products and adhesives, including risks related to improper application, accidental exposure, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions and safety warnings.

  • maintenance

  • environmental exposure

  • adherence to application instructions

Any statements regarding durability, retention, wear duration, strength, or performance are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Kandi Nails does not guarantee:

  • a specific wear duration

  • compatibility with all nail types

  • allergy-free use

  • damage-free removal

  • resistance to lifting, cracking, breaking, or premature removal

This disclaimer applies regardless of any product descriptions, advertisements, social media content, influencer promotions, customer testimonials, demonstrations, or marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kandi Nails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

9. Orders, Pricing & Availability

  • correct pricing, product description, or inventory errors at any time

In the event an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Kandi Nails is not responsible for delays caused by:
shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout. Kandi Nails is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Kandi Nails shall not be liable for lost, stolen, missing, delayed, or misdelivered packages after the carrier confirms delivery, including deliveries to mailrooms, parcel lockers, apartment offices, concierge services, neighbors, or other locations associated with the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are secure and accessible.

In cases where tracking information confirms successful delivery, Kandi Nails reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, credits, or claims for non-delivery.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should first contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, mailrooms, or parcel lockers before contacting Kandi Nails.

Kandi Nails reserves the right to assist customers with carrier claims at its sole discretion but is under no obligation to provide refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

11. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery regarding any order issue.

Kandi Nails reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or chargeback claims in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, product misuse, or violation of these Terms.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, images, graphics, videos, designs, text, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of Kandi Nails and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

 

13. User Content & Social Media

By tagging Kandi Nails, submitting reviews, or sharing photos, videos, or social media content featuring our products, you grant Kandi Nails a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, display, and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our products or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
